Thank you for purchasing a license to use Simulated Registry Exam software from Health & Allied Science Publishers. To prevent illegal copying, we ask you to provide an authorization during the installation of the software.

You can receive an authorization code by using this page to verify your purchase.  Please enter the information requested below and click Submit.

Enter the Order ID as shown on your HEALS customer receipt, which was emailed to you


Enter the email address you provided, as shown on your HEALS customer receipt


Enter the Installation Lock Number, shown in blue on the setup screen


Click to receive your authorization code

Whether you downloaded your software or received it on CD, you install the software by running the installation program. At some point, the installation program will give you a Lock Number and ask you for the corresponding authorization code. This is the code you will receive when you click Submit.
