There are NO refunds for downloaded software since it is not a returnable product.

Refunds for unopened CD’s and books must be within 10 days of original purchase date and include a copy of the original invoice. Items returned after this date will not be credited at a full refund.

Damaged products must be returned in original shipping containers with prior approval including a RMA number. Please contact us for that information.

No product will be accepted if not in resalable condition.

Bookstores can return within three months of original invoice date. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all books returned.

We make NO guarantee as to the accuracy of the software but will provide updates and corrections as they become necessary through our website.
